How it works

From a need to a chosen supplier, in four steps.

  1. Describe your need

    Text, photos, a voice note (in Darija too), PDF or Excel. Yadixo turns it into clear lines: item, quantity, unit. You correct what needs correcting.

  2. Choose your suppliers

    For each line, Yadixo ranks the suppliers that fit and preselects the most relevant. Your usual suppliers come first, and you can add your own.

  3. Let Yadixo follow up

    You set the order and the pace: email, WhatsApp, phone call. Yadixo Agent runs the sequence and stops as soon as the quote arrives. WhatsApp only with the supplier's consent.

  4. Compare, then choose

    Quotes arrive in a line-by-line comparison: price, lead time, availability, payment terms. You choose line by line, and the conversation continues with the chosen supplier.

Questions

Do my suppliers need to be on Yadixo?

No. A supplier receives a link to your request, opens it and fills in a quote without creating an account. They can create one later if they want.

How are suppliers contacted?

Following the sequence you choose: email, phone call, SMS, and WhatsApp only if the supplier agreed to it. The sequence stops as soon as the supplier sends a quote or asks not to be contacted.

What happens when I choose a supplier?

The chosen supplier receives the lines they won, and your conversation continues in Yadixo. The order and the payment then happen directly between you. Suppliers not chosen receive a neutral message, with no price or name.

Who sees my requests and quotes?

A private request is visible only to the suppliers you chose. A public request is visible only to signed-in accounts that match your criteria, never on the public web. Your supplier contacts stay private.
